Consonant Sound /t/
Description of the Consonant Sound /t/
This is a voiceless alveolar plosive consonant sound. It is produced by raising the soft palate so that the flow of air does not go out of the nose and by pressing the tip of the tongue firmly against the alveolar to trap the air behind them for a short time.
