What are Snacks?

Snacks are simple and quickly prepared meals, very convenient and easy to eat. Snacks should include the essential nutrients needed by the body to perform its normal functions. E.g. buns, gala, chips etc .

What are Main Meals?

These are the real foods eaten usually three times a day, i.e. in the morning (breakfast), at noon (lunch) and in the evening (dinner). Main meals contain the essential nutrients required by the body for proper functioning. Example of main meals are fried rice with salad, beans with pap, yams, eba, fufu, etc.
