Definition of Fruit of the Spirit

The fruit of the Holy Spirit refers to the manifestation of Christ’s nature in the life of a Christian filled with the Holy Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is the results of the Spirit’s workings in the lives of believers. {Gal 5: 22-23}

The Fruit of the Flesh

The works of the flesh are the bad things we love to do but which we should avoid. They include the following:

  1. Fornication: Fornication is the unlawful sexual intercourse between the unmarried. It also involves homosexuality and lesbianism.
  2. Impurity:This involves all unclean and shady deals like fraud, theft, bad spoken words and all immoral actions.
  3. Licentiousness: It is when somebody shamelessly does bad things.
