Radioactivity is the emission of ionizing radiation or particles caused by spontaneous disintegration of atomic nuclei while magnetism is a physical phenomenon produced by the motion of electric charge.

  1. Radioactivity is the emission of ionizing radiation or particles caused by the spontaneous disintegration of atomic nuclei.
Magnetism is a physical phenomenon produced by the motion of electric charge, which results in attractive and repulsive forces between objects.

radio activity is the process by which an unstable nuclei breakeas down emitting three rays namely alpha, beta and gamma

Karen NwachukwuKaren Nwachukwu answered 3 years ago

As its name implies, radioactivity is the act of emitting radiation spontaneously. This is done by an atomic nucleus that, for some reason, is unstable; it “wants” to give up some energy in order to shift to a more stable configuration.

Radioactivity is the spontaneous disintegration of an unstable atomic nucleus of an element by emission of alpha or beta particle and or gamma ray.
Magnetism is a physical phenomena that occurs due to some inherent  properties of substances making them able to either attract or repel other substances. Thus, we have paramagnetic, diamagnetic and ferromagnetic substances.

Radioactivity: is the spontaneous emission of radiation in the form of particles or high energy photons resulting from a nuclear reaction.
Magnetism: is the force exerted by magnets when they attract or repel each other.
