The police : their major responsibility is to protect and see to the enforcement of law and order
Armed forces: they are allowed with the responsibility of carrying arms and ammunition because they are to protect the territorial integrity of a Nation because of Invaders.
civil societies: this includes commercial banks, mortage bank, merchant bank, community and micro finance banke etc
labour unions :this includes the nigeria labour Congress NLC among many others. They play one role or the other in to the sustainability of hard earn democracy.
