What is the difference between physical fitness and body conditioning?

Physical fitness is the ability of an individual to perform his daily activities without feeling tired and still have enough energy to in case of any emergency while body conditioning is engaging the body in careful selected physical activity to promote physical fitness and health

physical fitness is the ability of an individual  to perform his daily work well without feeling too tired and still have reserve energy in case of emergency while body conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body

Physical fitness is the stare of well being of the whole body and you can do more things after the day's work without getting tired and still have enough energy to do more Body conditioning on the other hand, combines the cardio and resistant heat to an energetic beat to work on the whole body with a range of many exercise technique like floor walk,with and resistance training

Physical fitness is the ability refers to the ability of a person to perform his or her everyday tasks without getting tired unnecessarily.   While body conditioning is the act of engaging your body in regular physical activities that have been chosen to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Physical fitness is defined as ability of an individual to carryout daily task or work without undue fatigue and still have reserved energy to enjoy recreation during leisure time. Body conditioning is defined as preparation of the wholesome body through warm-up or fitness training  for certain skills demonstration or larger goals such as in carrying out tasks.

For instance lifting of weight achieve strength, balance and stamina.
