Read the passage below and answer the questions that follow.
As they approached the school, Cynthia had seen the Back To School Institute sign before seeing the school itself. The compound was so beautiful and had many students enrolled. The school was built in classical style; home to both rich and poor. Sarah had set it up with the aim of making women independent after youth service and so with the high rate of unemployment in the country, people could find something to do before they got the white-collar job they dream of. The skills learned could also serve as a part-time job or main career. Cynthia was very proud of Mrs. Peters because she had achieved so much in the last ten years. People were trooping in and out for training that included theoretical and practical sessions.
