Officially there is no fourth arm of Government.
We have three arms or organs of Government. To some extent to some studies they regard it as structures and departments of Government.
Realitvely THE MEDIA , Should not be assumed as an arm or fourth arm of Government, but rather it remains the integra part of Government.
On this point, we can rather develop a study guideline regarding THE MEDIA as one of the ,
aids / tools of Government, where we can probably include THE MEDIA on front role including other sensitive democratic institutions like CONSTITUTION.

There’s no any specific fourth arm of government o but the mass media is somehow regarded as the fourth (by some people actually)
