Meaning of Anti-drug Agencies
Anti-drug agencies are government organizations that are primarily established to tackle drug-related crimes as well as other government organizations which have relevant roles to play in the fight against drug-related crimes. Although fighting drug-related crimes is not the primary reason for establishing agencies like NPF, NIS, NCS, SON and NOA, yet they play major roles in the fight against drug abuse and drug trafficking in Nigeria.

- Standard Organization of Nigeria, SON
