Types of Energy
Energy exists in various forms some of which are;
- Mechanical energy
- Chemical energy

- Nuclear energy
Mechanical Energy
Kinetic energy and potential energy constitutes mechanical energy. Kinetic energy is the energy a body possesses as a result of its motion. Potential energy on the other hand, is the energy possessed by a body because of its position. A body can also possess potential energy as a result of its nature.
